Scope

GB/T 42362-2023 is the English-translated version of 矿区地下水含水层破坏危害程度评价规范.

GB/T 42362-2023 is the Chinese national specification for grading how badly mining has damaged the groundwater aquifers of a mine area.

It sets the objectives, principles, requirements and workflow, the influencing factors and damage types, the hazard manifestations and the objects affected, the evaluation indicators and the hazard classification, the data collection, the evaluation methods, the overall evaluation and the result format, with normative annexes for the field surveys, the mine geological environment zoning, the indicator weightings and the format of the results report.

Clause 1 applies it to weathered and sedimentary deposits and says magmatic and hydrothermal deposits may use it for reference. Its introduction states that it was drawn up under the Mineral Resources Law and the Regulations on the Protection of the Mine Geological Environment. Issued on 17 March 2023, it has applied since 1 July 2023.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

Introduction

The exploitation of mineral resources inevitably leads to the lack of layers, structural changes, and permeability changes of groundwater aquifers, especially in sedimentary aquifers.

The performance of the mineral deposit mining area is particularly prominent and typical. The destruction of groundwater aquifers in mining areas is the main mine geological environment problem in mining areas, which can lead to The decline of regional groundwater levels or even the depletion of groundwater resources will increase the risk of groundwater pollution and affect industrial, agricultural, domestic, and ecological water supplies.

It can cause ecological degradation or damage, and can also cause underground water inrush disasters, threatening the mining safety of mineral resources. Destruction of groundwater aquifers in mining areas The harm to the groundwater environment and the ecological environment is concealed and delayed, and the impact is regional and irreversible. Therefore, for In order to accurately classify the damage types of groundwater aquifers in mining areas, clarify the characteristics of hazards and objects affected by hazards, standardize the work process and evaluation methods, scientific Scientifically judge the degree of damage to groundwater aquifers in mining areas, which is important for the protection of groundwater resources and ecological environment in mining areas, the prevention and control of geological disasters in mines, and the protection of green water resources.

Provide technical support for mine construction and ecological restoration of mining areas, according to the Mineral Resources Law of the People's Republic of China and the Land Management Law, "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on Prevention and Control of Geological Disasters", "Regulations on the Protection of Mine Geological Environment", and refer to relevant national standards Standard, formulate this document.

1 Scope

This document establishes the objectives, principles, requirements and work procedures for the evaluation of the damage degree of groundwater aquifer damage in mining areas, and specifies the The types, hazard manifestations and hazard impact objects of the aquifer damage to the sewer aquifer are given, and the evaluation data collection requirements, evaluation index system, and evaluation index system are given.

The collection requirements and content determined the evaluation method, hazard impact classification, comprehensive evaluation, and expression of evaluation results.

This document is applicable to the investigation, monitoring and evaluation of the degree of damage to groundwater aquifers caused by mining of weathered and sedimentary deposits. magma The investigation, monitoring and evaluation of the hazard degree of aquifer damage caused by the mining of hydrothermal and hydrothermal deposits can be used as a reference.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated references For documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Aquifer damage

The mining of mineral resources has resulted in the lack of groundwater aquifer layers, the increase in the thickness of the vadose zone, the dehydration and compaction of the aquifer, and the change of the water storage structure, resulting in The process or phenomenon in which the water storage, infiltration, and water conduction functions of the aquifer change.

3.2 Missing aquifer layers

Open-pit mining of mineral resources results in vadose zone water, gravel pore water overlying the ore bed, and karst, clastic rocks, bedrock fissures, and water-bearing rocks The formation is partially or completely stripped, changing the groundwater recharge and runoff conditions, resulting in the reduction or loss of the water storage function of the aquifer.

3.3

The dredging and drainage of underground mining of mineral resources causes the effective porosity of the loose rock gravel pore aquifer to decrease, resulting in the permeability of the aquifer. Decrease, the phenomenon of weakened water supply capacity.

3.4

Underground mining of mineral resources causes dislocation of clastic rocks and bedrock fissure aquifers, roof and floor fractures, and water-conducting fissures, resulting in The process or phenomenon in which the fracture rate of the water layer changes suddenly and the storage space of groundwater changes.
