GB/T 42068-2022 is the English-translated version of 农村产权流转交易市场建设和管理规范.

1 Scope

This document defines the terms for the construction and management of the rural property rights transfer market (referred to as the "trading market"), and stipulates the market construction and market conditions.

3.1 Rural property rights transfer market

Approved by governments above the county level, it is a platform that provides services for the legal transfer and transaction of various rural property rights.
