Scope

GB/T 42002-2022 is the English-translated version of 跨境电子商务交易类产品信息多语种描述智能手机.

GB/T 42002-2022 is the Chinese national standard for describing a smartphone sold in cross-border e-commerce in seven languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Korean, Arabic and Russian.

It fixes the description method - language selection, descriptive attributes, data types and formats, and how a constraint or condition is expressed - and then the structure of the product information in eleven groups: basic data, enterprise data, appearance, screen, hardware parameters, network, camera parameters, multimedia, operating environment, packaging and warranty, each of which it then describes attribute by attribute.

A normative annex carries the smartphone product information codes. It applies to publishing, exchanging, storing and querying this information, and it quotes GB/T 7408 and GB/T 17295. Issued on 8 November 2022, it has applied since 1 June 2023.

1 Scope

This document stipulates the information on smartphone products in Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Korean, and Arabic in cross-border e-commerce transactions.

Descriptions of product attributes and key technical indicators in 7 languages including Arabic and Russian.

This document is applicable to the release, exchange, storage and query of cross-border e-commerce smartphone product attributes and technical indicators and other information use.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Cross-border electronic commerce

Transaction entities belonging to different customs borders conclude transactions, conduct payment and settlement through e-commerce platforms, and deliver commodities through cross-border logistics. An international business activity in which a transaction is completed. [Source: GB/T 37146-2018, 3.1]

3.2 Smart phone smart mobile phone

It has an independent operating system and running space, and users can install programs provided by third-party service providers by themselves, and can A general term for mobile phone types that use a communication network to achieve wireless network access.

3.3 Entity

Any concrete or abstract thing that exists, has existed or may exist, including the relationship between things. Examples. a person, object (object), event, idea, process, etc.
