GB/T 41881-2022 is the English-translated version of 电子级硫酸.
GB/T 41881-2022 is the Chinese national product standard for electronic grade sulfuric acid, the high-purity acid used in chips, semiconductors and integrated circuits.
Clause 1 says it specifies the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, labelling, packaging, transport, storage and safety provisions.
