Introduction

GB/T 41803 "Information Technology Social Security Card Biometric Identification Application System" is proposed to consist of six parts.

--- Part 1: General requirements. The purpose is to propose the overall structure of the social security card biometric identification application system, and to stipulate the system.

General requirements such as system requirements, data requirements, product and testing requirements, interconnection requirements, information protection and system security requirements.

--- Part 2: Data requirements. The purpose is to stipulate that the biometric identification application system of the social security card involves the storage in the social security card.

Requirements for data collection, update, cancellation, exchange, storage, etc. in the basic information database of disabled card and social security card holders.

--- Part 3: Functional requirements. The purpose is to specify the management functions, interface functions, Business process, construction requirements, etc.

--- Part 4: Product requirements. The purpose is to stipulate the collection equipment products involved in the social security card biometric identification application system. products, algorithm technology products and testing requirements.

1 Scope
