GB/T 41735-2022 is the English-translated version of 绿色制造激光表面清洗技术规范.

GB/T 41735-2022 is the Chinese national technical specification for laser surface cleaning in green manufacturing.

It defines laser surface cleaning, also called laser cleaning, as the removal of contaminants and unwanted material from the surface of a workpiece with a laser beam, and sets the classification of cleaning work, the general requirements, the process preparation, the cleaning procedure and the quality control requirements.

It applies to the laser removal of metal oxides, paint and other coatings and other specific contaminants: cleaning before welding, before assembly and before coating, removal of contaminants after welding and after machining, and stripping of failed protective or functional surface layers.

Recommended process parameters are given in an informative appendix. Issued on 12 October 2022, it has applied since 12 October 2022.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

1 Scope

This document specifies laser surface cleaning classification, general requirements, process preparation, cleaning procedures and quality control requirements.

This document applies to laser cleaning of metal oxides, coatings, coatings and other specific contaminants on workpiece surfaces, including pre-welding, assembly Contaminant cleaning before and before coating preparation, post-weld, post-processing surface contaminant removal and functional (protection, modification, etc.) failure surface materials remove.
