Scope

GB/T 41702-2022 is the English-translated version of 原位生成纳米颗粒增强6000系铝基复合材料挤压材.

GB/T 41702-2022 is the Chinese national standard for extruded products made of 6000-series aluminium matrix composites reinforced by nano-sized particles formed in situ.

It sets the technical requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and the rules for packaging, marking, transportation, storage and the content of the quality certificate.

It applies to extrusions with a 6082 or 6060 aluminium alloy matrix used in vehicles, rail transport and aerospace, other 6000-series grades being covered for reference only.

It defines in situ generation, the extruded product and the coarse grain ring found by low magnification inspection after solution heat treatment. Composition follows GB/T 3190-2020 and dimensional deviations GB/T 14846-2014. Issued on 14 October 2022, it has applied since 1 May 2023.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

1 Scope

This document specifies the in-situ generation of nanoparticle reinforced 6000 series aluminum matrix composite extrusions (hereinafter referred to as "nanoparticle reinforced extrusion material") technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate content.

This document applies to in situ generation of nanoparticles for reinforced 6082 and 6060 aluminum alloy matrix composites for automotive, rail transit, and aerospace applications.

Extruded material, 6000 series other grades of nano-particle reinforced extruded material are used for reference.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated citations documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 8005.1 and GB/T 26492.5 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 In situ generation

The reactant is added to the metal melt, and at an appropriate temperature, through the chemical reaction between elements or between elements and compounds, in the gold One or several ceramic reinforcements with high hardness and high elastic modulus are formed in the matrix.

3.2 Extruded product

A product formed by applying pressure to the ingot in the extrusion barrel to pass it through the pores of the die.

3.3 Coarse grain ring

After the solution heat treatment of the extruded material, it is found by low magnification inspection that the grain size on the section is different, and the grain around the section is particularly coarse.
