Scope
GB/T 41665-2022 is the English-translated version of 制造执行系统模块化框架.
GB/T 41665-2022 describes the modular framework of a manufacturing execution system, or MES, under the intelligent manufacturing model.
It fixes the system architecture in five layers - cyber-physical fusion, data, data access, business and application - then the functional composition and seventeen groups of functional requirements: basic data management, job task management driven by market demand, intelligent job scheduling, production dispatch, operation management, field data collection, product tracking, intelligent quality, inventory, equipment, tooling, tool and workforce management, document management, workshop cost management, performance management and system administration.
It closes with system integration services and the attribute set of the main MES objects. It cites GB/T 25485-2010 and is meant to guide the development, selection and integration of discrete MES software products. It was issued on 14 October 2022 and has applied since 1 May 2023.
