Scope
GB/T 41606-2022 is the English-translated version of 钛酸钡基高抗电强度低电阻率热敏陶瓷.
GB/T 41606-2022 covers barium titanate based thermosensitive ceramics that combine high electrical strength with low resistivity. It sets the product classification and marking, the technical requirements, the test items and methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging and storage.
Typical specifications are designated by switching temperature, as T160, T180, T200 and T220; the switching temperature Tb is defined as the temperature at which the resistance, rising stepwise, reaches twice its minimum value, and electrical strength as the ratio of the withstand voltage to the sample thickness.
It is written for the material used in constant temperature heating elements of new energy vehicles, and other products built on the same material system may refer to it.
It cites GB/T 2421-2020, GB/T 2828.1, GB/T 7153-2002 and QC/T 413-2002, was issued on 11 July 2022 and has applied since 1 February 2023.
