Introduction
Unifying and standardizing the terminology, commercial specifications and technical parameters of internal concrete vibrators will help to standardize internal concrete vibration in my country
market and promote technical exchanges between industries.
In the concrete pouring construction, the internal concrete vibrator is widely used because of its fast and high efficiency. Internal concrete vibrator
The unification of terminology and commercial specifications of actuators ensures smooth communication and cooperation between product manufacturers and users, and technical parameter inspection procedures
The specification provides support for promoting the improvement of product quality and promoting the healthy development of the industry.
GB/T 41502 is a standardized specification used to determine internal concrete vibrators, and is intended to consist of two parts.
--- Part 1.Terminology and commercial specifications. The purpose is to unify and standardize terminology and commercial specifications for interior concrete vibrators.
--- Part 2.Technical parameter inspection procedures. The purpose is to standardize the inspection procedures and technical parameters of internal concrete vibrators.

3.1
A vibrator that transmits power from the prime mover to the vibrator head via a flexible shaft.
Note. The flexible shaft can be attached with an outer sheath, which is allowed to be held during use.
3.1.1
The power of the vibrator is transmitted from the motor to the vibrator of the vibrator head through the flexible shaft.
Note 1.The flexible shaft can be attached with an outer sheath, which is allowed to be held during use.
Note 2.See Figure A.8 in Appendix A for an example.
3.1.2
The power of the vibrator is transmitted from the internal combustion engine to the vibrator of the vibrator head through the flexible shaft.
NOTE. An example is shown in Figure A.9.
3.2
Both the motor and the vibrator are placed in the vibrator of the vibrator head.
Note 1.The vibrator is generally composed of a frequency conversion unit, a protective tube and a control box with a switch.
Note 2.The vibrator can be divided into the external frequency conversion unit type and the integrated electronic frequency converter type.
Note 3.Examples are shown in Figure A.2, Figure A.3 and Figure A.4.
