Scope

GB/T 41491-2022 is the English-translated version of 配网用复合材料杆塔.

GB/T 41491-2022 is the Chinese national standard for the composite poles of a distribution network.

It gives the classification and the designation, the raw materials and the structure, the technical requirements - the mechanical strength and deflection, the electrical properties, the resistance to weathering and fire and the appearance - the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions on marks, storage, transport and the product certificate.

It applies to composite poles for overhead lines of 35 kV and below, and the composite poles used for communication, catenary and lighting, signalling and multifunction poles may follow it.

Pole makers and distribution utilities use it. Issued on 15 April 2022, it has applied since 1 November 2022.

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and marking, raw materials and structures, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, storage, transportation and product certification.
