Knowledge management methods and tools are intended to establish the principles for the acquisition, storage, sharing and application of knowledge. GB/T 41304 is intended to consist of five parts. constitute.

1 Scope

This document specifies the organizational knowledge management maturity model, levels, assessment domains and evaluation methods.

This document is applicable to the assessment of knowledge management capabilities of all types of organizations.

4 Knowledge Management Maturity Model

As a knowledge management capability assessment tool, the knowledge management maturity model provides the results of the overall assessment of an organization's knowledge management capabilities.

The knowledge management maturity model covers two aspects.

a) Maturity levels. including Level 1 Initial, Level 2 Developing, Level 3 Good, Level 4 Excellent and Level 5 Excellent Level, see Figure 1;
