1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of cast iron enameled cookware and other quality requirements.
This document applies to enameled cookware with cast iron as the base metal.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 7410 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Cookware
Utensils for cooking, frying and grilling food, such as pots, plates and grilling nets.
3.2 Enameled cast iron
The inorganic vitreous material is fused on the cast iron metal and forms a firmly bonded composite material with the cast iron.
