Scope
GB/T 41128-2021 is the English-translated version of 跨境电子商务 出口商品信息描述规范.
GB/T 41128-2021 specifies how information about goods exported through cross-border e-commerce is to be described. It sets the information description requirements and the information security requirements for export commodities, and describes the methods used to verify them.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
1 Scope
This document specifies the information description requirements and information security requirements of cross-border e-commerce export commodities, and describes the corresponding verification methods.
This document is applicable to enterprises participating in cross-border e-commerce export business and cross-border e-commerce service regulators to standardize and share information.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 35408-2017 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 E-commerce
Business activities that sell goods or provide services through information networks such as the Internet.
3.2 E-commerce platform
