1 Scope
This document gives the basic principles, planning layout, habitat creation, multiplication and release, facilities and equipment, and engineering acceptance guidelines for marine pasture construction. Guide opinions.
This document is applicable to the construction of marine ranches.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 8588, HY/T 083, SC/T 9111, SC/T 9416, SC/T 9437 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Marine ranch
Based on the principles of marine ecosystems, in specific sea areas, artificial fish reefs, multiplication and release measures are used to construct or repair marine biological reproduction, Places needed for growth, baiting or avoiding the enemy, increase and maintain fishery resources, improve the ecological environment of the sea, and realize fishery for the sustainable use of fishery resources model. 3.2 Habitat
The ecological environment of a specific habitat in which a biological individual, population, or community is located. [Source: GB/T 8588-2001,2.1.46]
3.3 Artificial reef
It is used to repair and optimize the ecological environment of the sea area and construct artificial facilities for the habitat of marine life. [Source: SC/T 9416-2014, 3.1, with modification]
3.4 Seagrass bed
A community of higher plants and seagrass that grows on the sandy or muddy bottom of shallow water near the coast.
