1 Scope
This standard specifies the functions, roles and activities of the cloud computing reference architecture.
This standard applies to the design, implementation, deployment and use of inter-cloud computing architecture, as well as all types of clouds with inter-cloud resource collaboration requirements. Service participants.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 32400-2015 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Inter-cloud computing
A model that integrates, supplies, and manages the cloud service capabilities of different cloud entities through the network.
3.2 Inter-cloud service
Cloud services provided by multiple cloud service providers for cloud users.

3.3 Jointcloud collaboration environment
Provide a supporting environment for information exchange and resource transactions for different inter-cloud service participants in an autonomous and reciprocal manner.
3.4 Peer collaboration mechanism
Support different inter-cloud service traders to shield their own heterogeneity and join the software-defined rule framework of the inter-cloud ecosystem.
3.5 Jointcloud service ecological order
All kinds of participants in inter-cloud computing reach an orderly cooperative equilibrium through continuous transactions, peer autonomy, and repeated games, and then form individual behaviors Rationality, norms of group behavior, benign ecology of sustainable development.
