GB/T 40659-2021 is the English-translated version of 智能制造 机器视觉在线检测系统 通用要求.
GB/T 40659-2021 gives general requirements for machine vision online inspection systems used on production lines in intelligent manufacturing.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Machine vision online detection system
A system that uses machine vision technology to realize real-time detection and discrimination of the workshop production line.
3.2 Escape rate
The percentage of the number of non-conforming products not detected by the machine vision online inspection system to the total number of inspection batches.
3.3 False alarm rate
The number of qualified products judged as non-conforming products by the machine vision online inspection system accounts for the percentage of the total number of qualified products in the inspection batch.
