3 Service terms
3.1 Basic terminology
3.1.1 Rural property rights
The collective economic organization and collective members have the ownership, management, use, benefit and disposal rights of all assets.
Note: Except for rural collective land ownership.
3.1.2 Rural property rights transfer
Owners of property rights or their agents take rural property rights (3.1.1) as commodities, and use rural property rights transfer markets (3.4.1) and other service agencies carry out business activities such as assignment, leasing, shareholding, cooperation, and mortgage (pledge) in accordance with the law. 3.1.3 Rural property rights transfer service
For farmers, family farms, farmers' cooperatives, rural collective economic organizations, agribusiness or other investors, it is provided and promoted by service agencies.
