Scope

GB/T 40399-2021 is the English-translated version of 装配式混凝土建筑用预制部品通用技术条件.

GB/T 40399-2021 gives the Chinese national general technical requirements for the precast concrete parts used in prefabricated concrete buildings. It applies to precast columns, beams, floor slabs, wall panels, stairs, balconies and similar parts.

The standard sets out the basic rules, the raw materials and accessories, the production of the parts, their quality requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules, marking and product certificates, and storage and transport.

The materials it refers to include cement, reinforcing bars, welded mesh, prestressing wire, strand and bars, fly ash, slag powder, silica fume, admixtures, grouting sleeves and sleeve grout, and it links to the design and acceptance codes for concrete structures. It was issued on 20 August 2021 and has applied since 1 March 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements, raw materials and accessories, part production, quality requirements, and testing of prefabricated parts for prefabricated concrete buildings. Methods, inspection rules, identification and product certificates, storage and transportation.

This document applies to precast concrete columns, precast concrete beams, precast concrete floors, precast concrete wall panels, precast concrete Precast concrete parts such as concrete stairs and precast concrete balconies.
