This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard gives the clinical symptoms of infection with Ranavirus in amphibians, and specifies the infection with Ranavirus.
Pathogen isolation and culture, polymerase chain reaction and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay detection methods.
This standard is applicable to the epidemiological investigation, diagnosis, quarantine and epidemic monitoring of frog virus infection.
