5 Materials

5.1 Glass

Can use flat glass, coated glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, fireproof glass, semi-tempered glass, etc. The glass used should meet the corresponding standard requirement.

5.2 Edge sealing material

The sealing material for the edge of the insulating glass should meet the requirements of the corresponding standards, and should be able to meet the moisture and gas sealing performance of the insulating glass and be able to maintain The structure of the insulating glass is stable. The bonding performance of the sealant and the water vapor permeability of the edge sealing material are in accordance with the appendix of GB/T 11944-2012 B. The method of Appendix C is determined.

5.3 Spacer material

6 Requirements

6.1 Appearance quality

The appearance quality of insulating glass should meet the requirements of Table 1.

6.2 Dimensions and deviations

The size and deviation should meet the requirements of the design drawing. When the drawing has no deviation requirements, the size deviation should meet the following requirements.

a) The insulating glass is placed in working condition, the bottom edge of each piece of glass should be on the same horizontal surface, and the maximum allowable deviation of the reference edge should be small At 1mm;

b) The allowable size deviation of flat insulating glass is ±1.5mm;

c) The allowable deviation of curved single-curved insulating glass is ±3mm;

d) The allowable deviation of the length and width of other curved hollow glass shall be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.

6.3 Thickness and deviation

The allowable deviation of insulating glass with a nominal thickness of not more than 30mm shall meet the requirements of Table 2.Hollow glass with a nominal thickness greater than 30mm

6.13 Optical distortion angle

7 Test method

7.1 Appearance quality

Test the products. Under good natural light or scattered light background lighting conditions, 500mm away from the front of the hollow glass, Check visually. When determining the diameter of the appearance defect, use a reading microscope with a magnification of 10 times and an accuracy of not less than 0.1mm to measure;

When the length of the defect is measured, use a metal ruler with an accuracy of not less than 0.5mm.

7.2 Dimensions and deviations

The size and deviation are tested according to the following methods.

a) Flat insulating glass is measured with a length instrument with a minimum scale of 1mm.

b) The size of curved insulating glass is inspected with a sample inspection tool, and the sample should be approved by both the supplier and the buyer. Unless otherwise specified, usually The empty glass is placed on the test fixture sample plate for inspection.

7.3 Thickness and deviation

Use an external micrometer with an accuracy of not less than 0.01mm in accordance with GB/T 1216 or an instrument with the same accuracy for measurement.

The rectangular hollow glass is measured at the midpoint of the four sides 15mm from the edge of the glass, and the arithmetic average of the measurement results is the thickness of the product; special-shaped hollow The glass measuring point is negotiated by the supplier and the buyer.

7.4 Curvature

The bending test steps are as follows.

a) Place the products to be inspected vertically according to the actual installation method.

b) Place a metal ruler conforming to GB/T 9056 horizontally to the sample.

c) Use a feeler gauge with a reading accuracy of not less than 0.1mm to determine the maximum gap between the straight edge of the ruler and the glass.

d) The bow shape is expressed as a percentage of the ratio of the height of the arc to the length of the string; in the waveform, the height from the valley to the peak and the peak to the peak (or The percentage of the ratio of the distance from the trough to the trough).

e) The two sides of the insulating glass should be measured separately, and the maximum value is taken as the curvature of the insulating glass.

7.5 Goodness of fit

Measure the curved product, place the product on the standard gauge (as shown in Figure 1), and use a plug with a reading accuracy of not less than 0.1mm Ruler measures the gap between the glass sample and the gauge.

7.6 Diagonal difference

Use a length gauge with a minimum scale of 1mm to measure.

7.7 Overlap

When two pieces of glass are of the same size, use a square ruler that meets the GB/T 6092 standard, and one of the right-angled sides is measured closely to the side of the hollow glass.

On the surface of a piece of glass, the other right-angled edge is closely attached to the periphery of the glass, and the plug scale is used to measure the maximum gap between the edge of the glass and the inside of the The large gap is used as the product stack difference.

When the sizes of two pieces of glass are different, measure the distance between the edge of the small glass and the edge of the large glass with the edge of the small glass as the reference.

The difference between the large distance and the minimum distance is regarded as the glass stack difference.

7.8 Quality

Use a scale with an accuracy of not less than 100g for measurement.

7.9 Resistance to gravel impact

Carry out the test according to the method specified in GB/T 32060. The sample should be kept at the required temperature for at least 12h. 3 consecutively were shocked If the sample is not broken, it is qualified, and up to 6 samples can be impacted at each temperature.
