Scope
GB/T 39487-2020 is the English-translated version of 发泡结构胶粘剂管剪强度试验方法.
GB/T 39487-2020 specifies the test method for the shear strength of foam structural hoses. Clause 1 states that it applies to the determination of the shear strength of foamed adhesive pipes for honeycomb sandwich structures made of metal, non-metal and composite materials.
The clauses the draft shows are Scope; Normative references; Terms and definitions; Principle; and Equipment and materials; the page prints no table of contents, so whatever follows clause 5 is not shown.
Clause 3 takes its terms from GB/T 2943 and defines pipe shear strength as the shear strength measured by the casing bonding method.
Clause 4 gives the principle: two concentric tubes, inner and outer, are glued together by filling rubber between the sleeves to form a sample, the casing is then cut into a test piece of a certain length, the outer tube of the test piece is fixed with the bottom clamp, the inner tube is pressed out along the axial direction with the test mould, and the stress value divided by the outer surface area of the inner tube gives the tube shear strength.
Clause 5 calls for a universal material testing machine whose relative load error should not be greater than 1 %, a test instrument accurate to 0.05 mm, and casings of cold drawn aluminium alloy round tube whose chemical composition meets GB/T 3190, each made of an outer and an inner tube of equal length machined from long tubes at least (80 plus or minus 1) mm long, in two size specifications.
The draft prints only the first of those two specifications, an outer tube of (25.0 plus or minus 0.1) mm outside diameter and (2.0 plus or minus 0.1) mm wall thickness with an inner tube of (12.0 plus or minus 0.1) mm outside diameter and (2.0 plus or minus 0.1) mm wall thickness, and then breaks off.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 2918, GB/T 2943, GB/T 3190 and HB/Z 197-1991, and the page states that the standard was proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and is under the jurisdiction of the National Adhesive Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC185).
The page does not state that it replaces an earlier edition; it was issued on November 19, 2020 and has applied since October 1, 2021.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for the shear strength of foam structural hoses.
This standard applies to the determination of the shear strength of foamed adhesive pipes for honeycomb sandwich structures made of metal, non-metal and composite materials.
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated reference documents, only the dated version applies to this document.
For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 2918 Standard environment for condition adjustment and testing of plastic samples
GB/T 2943 Adhesive Terms
GB/T 3190 Chemical composition of wrought aluminum and aluminum alloy
HB/Z197-1991 Structural bonding aluminum alloy phosphoric acid anodizing process specification
3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2943 apply to this document.
3.1 Pipe shear strength
Shear strength measured by casing bonding method.
4 Principle
The two concentric inner and outer pipes are glued together by filling rubber between the sleeves to form a sample. Then cut the casing into a test piece of a certain length.
Fix the outer tube of the test piece with the bottom clamp, press the inner tube out along the axial direction with the test mold, and divide the stress value by the outer surface area of the inner tube to obtain the tube shear strength.
5 Equipment and materials
5.1 Universal material testing machine. The relative error of the load should not be greater than 1%.
5.2 Test instrument. the accuracy is ±0.05mm.
5.3 Casing. The material is a cold drawn aluminum alloy round tube, and the chemical composition meets the requirements of GB/T 3190.
The sleeve is composed of an outer tube and an inner tube of equal length. The inner tube and the outer tube are made of long tubes with a tube length of at least (80±1) mm, which are machined. There are 2 types of size specifications.
a) The outer diameter of the outer tube is (25.0±0.1) mm and the wall thickness is (2.0±0.1) mm; the outer diameter of the inner tube is (12.0±0.1) mm and the wall thickness is (2.0±0.1) mm.
