3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 batch
The amount of a batch of waste palladium-carbon.
3.2 Sampling lot
As part of a sample settlement unit, waste palladium charcoal slag.
3.3 Incineration tray
The disc-shaped container used for incineration of waste palladium-carbon is made of materials resistant to high temperatures above 1150°C.
3.4 Incineration compartment
The semi-enclosed space used for free incineration of waste palladium-carbon is generally partitioned by stacking of refractory bricks.
3.5 Slag
The ash obtained after the waste palladium charcoal is incinerated and enriched by the fire method.
3.6 Grinding residue
Waste palladium charcoal slag after ball milling.
3.7 Sintered metal block
In the process of incineration, waste palladium-carbon is a hard metal alloy block that cannot be ground due to excessive local heating.
