Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 22432..2011 "Product Geometric Technical Specification (GPS) specification and inspection

Elements ".

There are technical differences between this standard and ISO 22432..2011.The corresponding technical differences and their causes are as follows.

--- With regard to normative quotation documents, this standard has been adjusted with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments

The situation is reflected in Chapter 2 "Regulatory Reference Documents", with specific adjustments as follows.

* Replace ISO 14660-1..1999 and ISO /T S17450-1..2005 with GB/T 24637.1 modified to adopt international standards;

* Replace ISO /T S17450-2..2002 with GB/T 24637.2 modified to adopt international standards;

--- Chapter 3 terms and definitions related to ISO 17450-1 are unified according to ISO 17450-1..2011 (GB/T 24637.1-2020)

Update;

--- Deleted the original picture 4b), amended the error of Figure 6b).

This standard also made the following editorial changes.

--- Change "See Figure 14" in Note 3 of 3.3 to "See Figure 15". The original text of ISO 22432..2011 is incorrect.

1 Scope

This standard defines the general terms and element types of the geometric elements of the workpiece. These definitions are based on the extended concept of GB/T 24637.1.

This standard gives a "road map" of the relationship between geometric elements.

This standard applies to the establishment of future standards between industry and software manufacturers in a consistent manner.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 24637.1 and GB/T 24637.2 and the following apply to this document.

Surface model

A model representing the physical limit set of virtual or actual artifacts.

Note 1.The model is applicable to all closed surfaces (see Figure 1 and Appendix A Figure A.1).

Note 2.The surface model allows the definition of single elements, feature sets and/or partial features. All products can be simulated by the surface model corresponding to each workpiece.
