1 Scope
This standard specifies the cemented carbide (magnetic) force measurement equipment, procedures, results and test reports.
This standard applies to containing more than 3% ferromagnetic material as binder cemented carbide (magnetic) force determination.
2 principle
The sample is magnetized in a DC magnetic field to a state of magnetic saturation of the technology, and then the size of the reverse magnetic field required for the sample to be completely demagnetized (M = 0)
That is, the coercivity (magnetic) force HcM to be measured.
3 symbol and name
The unit of coercivity (magnetic) force HcM is kA/m, which is the magnitude of the reverse magnetic field applied to reduce the magnetization of the sample to zero (see
Figure 1), the symbols and names in Table 1.
