Foreword

GB/T 38399 `` Glossary of Flat Warp Knitting Machines for Textile Machinery and Accessories '' is divided into the following four parts.

--- Part 1. Basic structure and loop forming mechanism;

--- Part 2. let-off, fabric pulling and winding;

--- Part 3. Jacquard device;

--- Part 4. sewing machine and sewing device.

This part is the third part of GB/T 38399.

This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 8640-3..2002 "Textile Machinery and Accessories Flat Warp Knitting Machines. Part 3.

Flower installation vocabulary.

The technical differences of this part compared with ISO 8640-3..2002 and their reasons are as follows.

--- Added "flat warp knitting machines suitable for the production of warp knitted fabrics in this section", in order to limit the scope of application of this standard (see Chapter 1);

--- The original Figure 11 and Figure 12 are merged because Figure 11 and Figure 12 are both ways in which the Jaka device controls the traverse (see Figure 11);

--- Added the "piezo Jaka device" legend (see Figure 12), because the piezoelectric Jaka device is currently more popular Jaka device to control the lateral movement

The following editorial changes have been made in this section.

--- In keeping with the existing series of standards, the standard name was changed to "Textile Machinery and Accessories Flat Warp Knitting Machine Vocabulary Part 3.

1 Scope

This section of GB/T 38399 defines the following terms related to various types of jacquard devices of flat warp knitting machines. traverse devices, flower press plates

Setting, platen jacquard device, warp feeding device and warp tension device, needle bed stop device, weft insertion device, pull jacquard device.

This section applies to flat warp knitting machines for the production of warp knitted fabrics.

Control the traverse of the comb in front of and behind the needle.
