Foreword

GB/T 38399 `` Glossary of Flat Warp Knitting Machines for Textile Machinery and Accessories '' is divided into the following four parts.

--- Part 1. Basic structure and looping;

--- Part 2. let-off, fabric pulling and winding;

--- Part 3. Jacquard device;

--- Part 4. sewing machine and sewing device.

This part is the second part of GB/T 38399.

This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 8640-2..2004 "Textile machinery and accessories flat warp knitting machines. Part 2.

Glossary of warp, fabric take-up and cloth rolls.

This part has structural changes compared with ISO 8640-2..2004. In order to regulate the standard text structure, "scope" and "term" have been added

Chapters are numbered sequentially, and other clause numbers are adjusted accordingly.

The technical differences of this part compared with ISO 8640-2..2004 and their reasons are as follows.

--- Added the "flat warp knitting machine suitable for the production of warp knitted fabrics" (see Chapter 1) in order to limit the scope of application of this standard.

The following editorial changes have been made in this section.

--- In keeping with the existing series of standards, change the standard name to "Textile Machinery and Accessories Flat Warp Knitting Machine Vocabulary Part 2

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 38399 defines the basic terms related to flat warp knitting machine let-off, fabric pulling and winding cloth. yarn device, manufacturing

Moving device, let-off device, yarn guide and tension device, fabric pulling device and winding and folding device.

This section applies to flat warp knitting machines for the production of warp knitted fabrics.

Note. The illustrations in this section only show the working principles of various types of mechanisms, and do not represent the only or the most common type of structure. To the extent permitted by technology

Sectional warp beam

There are two warp beams (2.1.2) with fixed flanges (see Figure 2).
