Foreword

GB/T 38363 "Die Guide" is divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. Guide post structure type;

--- Part 2. Guide bushing structure type.

This part is the second part of GB/T 38363.

This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 9448-1..2013 "Die Guide Sleeve Part 1. Structural Type".

This section is technically different from ISO 9448-1..2013, and the terms related to these differences have been passed on the outer margins

1 Scope

This section of GB/T 38363 gives the types and markings of die guide bushes, including the structure types and installation methods of 7 commonly used guide bushes.

This section applies to die guide bushings.

2 Structure type and installation method

The guide bushes in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are only examples of structural types, and do not affect the design of the manufacturer.

The nominal sizes and lengths of the inner and outer diameters of different types of guide bushes should conform to the corresponding national and industry standards.

The setting of the screw holes is determined by the manufacturer.
