Foreword

GB/T 38363 "Die Guide" is divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. Guide post structure type;

--- Part 2. Guide bushing structure type.

This part is the first part of GB/T 38363.

This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 9182-1..2013 "Punch Die Guide Part 1. Structural Type".

This section has technical differences compared to ISO 9182-1..2013, and the terms related to these differences have passed through the margins on the outside

The vertical single line (︱) of the position is marked. The corresponding technical differences and their causes are as follows.

1 Scope

This section of GB/T 38363 illustrates the structural types of 5 common guide post types.

This section applies to die guides.

2 Structure type and installation method

The guide post in Figure 1 is only an example of the structure type, and does not affect the design of the manufacturer.

For the specific dimensions of different structure types of guide posts, see the corresponding national standards and industry standards. Figure 2 shows another version of the end of the guide post.
