Scope
GB/T 38260-2019 is the English-translated version of 服务机器人功能安全评估.
GB/T 38260-2019 is the Chinese standard "Service robot functional safety assessment". Its scope clause reads: This standard specifies requirements and procedures for functional safety assessment of service robot control systems, hazard identification and risk assessment, and functional safety management.
Management, safety-related control functions (hereinafter referred to as SRCF) specification requirements, SRCS requirements, SRCS design and integration, and inspection Recognition, the characteristics of the risks directly caused by the harm of the service robot itself or the group of robots working together in a cooperative manner.
Established Features that are expected to reduce the risk of personal injury or property damage caused by direct access to or use of a service robot Security and more.
This standard applies to the functional safety of service robot-related control systems used individually and/or in combination in a collaborative manner Refer to this standard for functional safety assessment of cooperating service robot groups.
This standard does not apply to all requirements that require or require other standards or regulations to protect the person from harm or damage to property (for example, Such as. protection, non-electrical interlock or non-electrical control), electrical hazards caused by electrical control equipment itself (for example. electric shock, see GB 5226.1).
Note. Each type of service robot needs to meet its special requirements to provide adequate safety. Its clauses include terms, definitions and abbreviations.
