acrylamide (CH2=CHCONH2) standard (purity >99%).

4.5 Internal standard

13C3-acrylamide standard (purity >98%) or deuterated acrylamide (2,3,3-D3) standard (purity >98%).

4.6 Acrylamide standard stock solution (1000mg/L)

Accurately weigh 10.0mg (accurate to 0.01mg) acrylamide standard (4.4),

Dissolve with methanol (4.2) and dilute to 10 mL, and store at -18 ° C in the refrigerator.
