3.1 Grounding body
A metal conductor buried underground and in direct contact with the earth.
3.2 Grounding grid
A mesh grounding device consisting of vertical and horizontal grounding bodies with bleed and pressure equalization.
3.3 Cathodic polarization potential
No IR (ie, the current I flowing through the cathodic protection loop and the product of the protected body to the electrolyte resistance R between the electrodes)
