Scope
GB/T 37184-2018 is the English-translated version of 核电厂腐蚀控制工程全生命周期 通用要求.
GB/T 37184-2018 sets out general requirements for managing corrosion control over the whole life cycle of a nuclear power plant.
It covers each control element of that life cycle: goals, corrosion sources, materials, technology, development, design, manufacturing, construction and installation, handling, storage and transportation, commissioning, acceptance, operation, test inspection, maintenance and scrapping, together with documents and records, resources and assessment.
It defines the full life cycle of nuclear power plant corrosion control engineering and the term corrosion source, and draws on GB/T 33314-2016, GB/T 25314 and the HAF and HAD nuclear safety regulations and guides on quality assurance, design, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
It applies to the management of activities in every life-cycle stage of all types of corrosion control projects in nuclear power plants. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 November 2019.
