GB/T 37155.1-2018 is the English-translated version of 区域保护控制系统技术导则第1部分：功能规范.

GB/T 37155.1-2018 is Part 1 of the technical guidelines for regional protection and control systems and gives their functional specification.

It sets the functional configuration and technical requirements of regional protection and control systems for terminal distribution networks of 110 kV and below, including those with distributed power sources: relay protection, safety and stability control and automatic switching to standby power, with the configuration principles and coordination of these functions.

Foreword

GB/T 37155 "Technical Guidelines for Regional Protection Control Systems" is divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. Functional specifications;

--- Part 2. Information interface and communication.

This part is the first part of GB/T 37155.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 37155 specifies the regional protection control applied to the terminal distribution network (including distributed power supply) of 110kV and below.

The functional configuration and technical requirements of the system mainly include the relay protection, safety and stability control, and the configuration principle and matching of the standby power self-injection function. Relationship.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 2900.49 apply to this document.

3.1 Regional protection control system
