Scope

GB/T 37127-2018 is the English-translated version of 混凝土结构工程用锚固胶.

GB/T 37127-2018 is the Chinese national product standard for the anchorage adhesives used to bond steel bars, screws, anchors and other metal rods into concrete so that they carry structural loads.

It defines the adhesive types it covers - modified epoxy resin, modified vinyl ester and unsaturated polyester resin anchoring adhesives - and sets out their classification and marking, the performance requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, together with marking, packaging, transport and storage.

Its normative annexes give the test methods for splitting tensile strength, unconstrained linear shrinkage, steel-to-steel tensile shear strength by the steel sleeve method, steel-to-steel T-impact peeling length and the bond strength of ribbed bars in concrete under confined pull-out.

It applies to the production, inspection and use of these adhesives. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 November 2019.

1 Scope

This standard applies to the production, inspection and use of anchoring rubber for concrete.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Anchorage adhesive

An adhesive used to bond metal rods such as steel bars, screws and anchors, and to transfer structural effects.

3.2 Modified epoxy resin anchoring adhesive

An anchoring glue made of epoxy resin as the main raw material.

3.3 Modified vinyl ester anchoring adhesive

An anchoring rubber prepared by using a vinyl ester resin as a main raw material.

3.4 Unsaturated polyester resin anchoring adhesive

An anchoring gel made of unsaturated polyester resin as the main raw material.
