The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Nut
Kernels of woody plants with a hard outer shell.
Note: including walnuts, chestnuts, apricot kernels, pecans, pecans, pistachios, toon, macadamia nuts, pine nuts, etc.
3.2 Nut products
Food that has not been cooked or cooked after being cleaned, screened, or shelled, or dried.
Note: Includes raw nuts, cooked nuts, etc.
