Scope
GB/T 37107-2018 is the English-translated version of 暗纹东方鲀人工繁育技术规范.
GB/T 37107-2018 is the Chinese national technical specification for the artificial breeding of the obscure puffer, Takifugu obscurus. It covers the three stages of production: the rearing of broodstock, artificial propagation and the rearing of fry.
For broodstock it sets the quality requirements, starting with the source, which must be a national or provincial breeding farm with at least five generations of artificial selection, then germplasm conforming to GB/T 27520 and the ages at which females and males are suitable for breeding and are culled.
It refers to the fishery water quality standard, to the rules for pollution-free aquatic products and freshwater farming areas, and to the official list of animal diseases.
It applies to hatcheries and farms producing obscure puffer fry, was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the broodstock breeding, artificial breeding and fry breeding of Takifugufasciatus McCleland (1844). Technical requirements.
This standard applies to the artificial propagation and fry breeding of Takifugu obscurus.

3.1 Broodstock quality requirements

Individuals from the national or provincial dark-skinned oriental scorpion (good) field have been artificially selected for five generations or more.
