Scope

GB/T 37084-2018 is the English-translated version of 光电检测仪器可靠性通用要求.

GB/T 37084-2018 sets out the general reliability work to be carried out over the life cycle of photoelectric detection instruments, from demonstration and development to production and use.

Built on the reliability work system of GJB 450A, it arranges 19 reliability work items into mandatory, recommended and alternative categories and gives the principles for selecting them.

The items cover reliability requirements; engineering management, including work plans, supplier control and a failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system; design analysis, including reliability modelling, allocation of indicators and finite element analysis; and test evaluation through environmental stress screening, highly accelerated life testing and verification of reliability indicators, followed by reliability assessment and improvement.

Its content can be tailored to each instrument. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 28 December 2018.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Introduction

This standard is based on the reliability work system specified by GJB450A, combined with the status quo of China's photoelectric detection instrument industry.

Responsibility requirements, reliability engineering management, reliability design analysis, reliability test evaluation and reliability assessment and improvement The general requirements for reliability during the life cycle of the test instrument are specified, which provides the basis and guidance for the reliability work of the photoelectric test instrument.

The contents of this standard can be appropriately tailored to meet the research and development needs of different types and characteristics of photoelectric detection instruments. Crop It can be based on the characteristics, use requirements, complexity, life cycle cost and requirements of the contract or development task book.

This standard contains a total of 19 reliability work items, which are divided into three categories according to certain principles. mandatory, recommended and alternative.

The selection principle of three types of reliability work is used to guide the selection and implementation of relevant reliability work items.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the general project content for reliability work during the life cycle of photoelectric detectors.

This standard is applicable to all stages of demonstration, engineering development, design and finalization, production and finalization, and use of various types of photoelectric detection instruments.
