Scope

GB/T 36710-2018 is the English-translated version of 公共机构办公区节能运行管理规范.

GB/T 36710-2018 sets out how the office areas of Chinese public institutions should be run to save energy. After the terms and basic requirements, it deals with building handover, with the testing of equipment systems, comprehensive performance commissioning and the delivery of an operation and maintenance model.

It then covers energy-saving operation of the building envelope, the HVAC system, electrical and control systems and renewable energy, together with monitoring, energy management and process management, and closes with institutional rules on operation, maintenance and the behaviour of occupants.

A normative annex gives the process and technical requirements for comprehensive performance commissioning. It applies to new, extended and renovated office areas of public institutions at every level. It was issued on 17 September 2018 and has applied since 1 April 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the relevant terms and definitions, basic regulations, construction delivery, energy-saving operation and other aspects of energy-saving operation management in public office areas. Institutional constraints.

This standard is applicable to the energy-saving operation management of public institutions at all levels of new construction, expansion and reconstruction.
