1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic principles and basic requirements for the classification and use of water in industrial parks.
This standard applies to the planning, design, construction, environmental impact assessment and operation management of industrial parks.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 21534 apply to this document.
3.1 Industrial park
The area where a number of industrial enterprises are gathered is an important form of spatial aggregation for regional economic development, industrial adjustment and upgrading.
Note: The specific forms of industrial parks mainly include high-tech zones, development zones, science and technology parks, industrial zones, industrial bases, characteristic industrial parks, industrial new cities, and new technology cities.
3.2 Initial rainwater
At the beginning of the rainfall, the surface of the ground has a thickness of 10mm~15mm, which has formed a surface runoff and has some polluted rainwater.
3.3 Collection rate
The collected domestic sewage, production wastewater and initial rainwater account for the corresponding domestic sewage, production wastewater and initial rainwater, as a percentage.
3.4 Treatment rate
The amount of domestic sewage, production wastewater, and initial rainwater treated accounts for all domestic sewage, production wastewater, and initial rainwater, as a percentage.
