This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of IEC 62642-4.2010 "Alarm System Intrusion and Emergency Alarm System Part 4.

This standard has more structural adjustments than IEC 62642-4.2010. This standard and IEC 62642-4 are listed in Appendix A.

3 Terms, definitions and abbreviations
3.1 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Sound alarm audiblealarm
A distinctive sound that is emitted in response to an alarm.

Alarm device warningdevice
A device that gives an audible alarm to an announcement.

4 classification
4.1 According to the power supply mode, the alarm device is divided into a remote power supply alarm device and a self-powered alarm device.
4.2 According to the characteristics of power storage equipment and charging power supply, the alarm device is divided into four types of alarm devices. W, X, Y and Z.

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Functional requirements
5.1.1 Response
The alarm device shall have the functions specified in Table 2, depending on the level of security. According to the function, the alarm device should meet

5.1.2 Sound
The alarm device shall provide a sound output that is changeable and easily noticeable within the operating voltage range specified by the product; and the warning device
The average sound output at 1 m of the mounting surface shall be greater than or equal to the minimum average sound output level specified in Table 3. Distance to the mounting surface
At 1 m, the peak sound output level measured at 30° intervals shall be greater than or equal to the minimum single sound output level specified in Table 4.
The average sound output should be calculated from the arithmetic of multiple measurements and divided by the number of measurements. Alarm for flat mounting (eg wall mounting)

Note 1. Since the exact waveform of an acceptable alarm tone is difficult to define, only the sound output level and sound changes are tested.
Note 2. The sound output can be changed for voice alarm.
Note 3. The alarm device can also provide an acousto-optic indication that is easily distinguishable from other alarms.
Note 4. The sound output level and/or frequency of the alarm device complies with local regulations.
5.1.3 Time
The alarm device shall handle trigger commands greater than 400ms, and the response time shall meet the following requirements.
a) Start an audible alarm within 1s after receiving the valid trigger command; stop the audible message within 1s after receiving the valid revocation trigger command
Alarm; an audible alarm is issued during the period in which these signals are received;
b) The audible operation time of the audible alarm device is greater than or equal to 90s, and the maximum time for continuous vocal operation is less than or equal to 15min;
Note 1. These requirements may be implemented by CIE where appropriate.
Note 2. The duration of the audible operation of the alarm device complies with local regulations.
c) tamper signals or information are generated within 1 s after being removed;
d) that for remote power loss or loss of interconnection integrity mentioned in Tables 2 and 3, a response shall be made within 10 s of the failure;
e) For local self-test failures mentioned in Tables 2 and 3, a response shall be made within 10 s of detection of the fault.
5.2 Tamper requirements
5.2.1 Protection
5.2.1.1 All parts shall be installed in an enclosure that meets the impact resistance requirements of the safety ratings listed in Table 5.
5.2.1.2 There shall be measures to ensure that the enclosure is securely attached to the mounting surface.

5.2.2 Detection
5.2.2.1 The tamper detection requirements for alarm devices corresponding to each security level are shown in Table 7.
5.2.2.2 Normally open the alarm device enclosure should be capable of generating tamper signals or information. Should be able to prevent tools and sizes as specified in Table 6
The tool of the type specified in GB/T 4208 enters the casing and destroys the tamper detection.
5.2.2.3 When attempting to move the warning device from the mounting surface in the vertical direction to the distance specified in Table 8, the alarm device shall be capable of complying with the regulations of Table 7.

5.2.2.4 Insert a blade of 25mm (width) x 1mm (thickness) x 300mm (length) or 5mm (thickness) between the mounting surface and the warning device

5.3 Environmental requirements
5.3.1 The environmental category shall comply with the provisions of the standard GB/T 32581. All safety level alarm devices shall be in accordance with GB/T 15211
The specified test method is subjected to the corresponding environmental test.
5.3.2 The warning device shall comply with the requirements of the corresponding environmental category declared by the manufacturer.
5.3.3 The alarm device shall not generate erroneous activation signals, tamper signals, faults or functional tests under specified environmental conditions.

5.3.4 The warning device shall still meet the requirements of 5.1 after the durability test under the specified environmental conditions.
5.4 Electromagnetic compatibility requirements
The electromagnetic compatibility immunity and electromagnetic compatibility disturbance of the alarm device shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 30148 and GB 17799.3.
5.5 Security requirements
The safety requirements of the alarm device shall comply with the provisions of GB 16796.
5.6 Electrical characteristics requirements
5.6.1 Connection
5.6.1.1 The electrical connection shall be made in a manner suitable for the physical dimensions of the required conductor and for its current carrying capacity. Terminal wiring should not be damaged

5.6.1.2 Terminals and other components used for connection shall be identified by numbers or other markings and described in the documentation.
5.6.1.3 If the metal casing of the alarm device is equipotentially grounded, if it is to prevent lightning strikes, ensure that the cross-sectional area of the clamped wire is 4mm2~16mm2.
5.6.2 Operating parameters
5.6.2.1 Voltage range
The alarm device shall be capable of meeting all functional requirements within the nominal voltage variation range specified by the manufacturer.
5.6.2.2 Remote power supply voltage rises slowly
When the power supply voltage gradually rises from 0V to the minimum operating voltage at a rate of 1V/s, the alarm device should work normally.
5.6.2.3 Remote power supply voltage step change
The alarm device should operate normally when the supply voltage is stepped from highest to lowest value and from lowest to highest value.
5.6.2.4 Current loss
At rated voltage, the standby current and peak current loss of the alarm device should be less than or equal to the nominal value of the product.
5.6.3 Self-powered
5.6.3.1 When the self-powered alarm device itself does not supply power to other I

5.6.3.3 Charging rate
Y-type and Z-type alarm devices shall be capable of charging the storage equipment to 80% of the storage capacity at an appropriate voltage within the time specified in Table 10.

5.6.3.4 Remote power monitoring
When the alarm device is powered by a remote power source and the power source is lost, the response requirements of Table 3 should be met.
5.6.3.5 Remote power supply short circuit protection
When the alarm device is powered by a remote power source, the power storage device should not be discharged if it is shorted to the remote power terminal.
5.7 Self-test requirements
5.7.1 Local Self Test
5.7.1.1 General requirements
5.7.1.1.1 The local self-test shall be completed independently by the alarm device.
5.7.1.1.2 When any of the conditions listed in Table 11 are monitored, a fault signal or message shall be generated within 10 s.

5.7.1.2 Monitoring of electrical storage equipment
5.7.1.2.1 Monitoring of power storage equipment---undervoltage
The monitoring of undervoltage of power storage equipment should meet the following requirements.
a) The voltage of the non-rechargeable storage device should be continuously monitored. The voltage of the rechargeable storage device should only be used when the alarm device is in standby.

5.7.1.2.2 Monitoring of power storage equipment --- failure

a) When using rechargeable electrical storage equipment, methods should be provided to determine if the electrical storage equipment no longer has the capability to supply power to the warning device

b) The maximum period for monitoring the failure of the storage equipment shall be 24h.
5.7.2 Remote self-test
5.7.2.1 Any remote test procedure shall not prevent the alarm device from functioning as specified in Table 3.
5.7.2.2 When the remote test is initiated for more than 60s, the alarm device shall exit the test mode.
