Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard gives guidelines for energy conservation in clean rooms and related controlled environments.
This standard applies to clean rooms and related controlled environments.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1 Heat pump system
Transferring a low-level heat source close to the temperature of the surrounding medium to a high-level heat source to realize a heating (cold) system, by a heat pump and related devices composition.
2.2 Purification air conditioning system
Air conditioning system for air purification in clean rooms.
2.3 Sensible heat
The amount of heat that can change its temperature during the endothermic or exothermic process of a substance.
2.4 Minimum fresh air volume
In order to meet the minimum needs of indoor personnel for new air solutions, or to ensure clean room pressure difference, the air conditioning room or The amount of air in the system.
2.5 Primary return air
In a centralized air treatment plant, part of the indoor air mixed with fresh air.
2.6 Secondary return air
In a concentrated air treatment plant, indoor air that is remixed with the treated mixed air.
2.7 Cold heat source system
According to the clean room HVAC system and product production process, as well as the cooling capacity and heat demand of the utility system, the clean room plant setting Cooling system, heating system.
