Scope

GB/T 36514-2018 is the English-translated version of 碱回收锅炉.

GB/T 36514-2018 sets the technical requirements for alkali recovery boilers, the boilers that burn alkaline waste liquor.

It covers boiler models and parameters, fuel, general requirements and the performance, energy-saving and environmental requirements, then the design and equipment of the boiler body, steel structure, combustion system, steam and water system, flue gas system, safety and control, and the alkali recovery process system.

It also deals with painting and packaging, the technical documents supplied with the boiler, installation, commissioning and quality responsibility, drawing on references such as GB/T 16507 for water-tube boilers.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the design and equipment of the alkali recovery boiler body, combustion system, steam water system, flue gas system and alkali recovery process system.

Set technical requirements, as well as energy and environmental indicators and requirements.

This standard is applicable to boilers containing alkali waste liquid such as pulp waste liquid, petrochemical waste liquid and biochemical waste liquid. Waste with other waste liquid Gas-fired boilers can be implemented with reference to this standard.
