Scope

GB/T 36457-2018 is the English-translated version of 复杂产品虚拟样机建模方法.

GB/T 36457-2018 sets out a method for modelling the virtual prototypes of complex products, whose development spans mechanical, electronic, control and software disciplines.

It defines a virtual prototyping modelling framework and describes how the high-level model is composed of atomic and composite component models.

It then covers how that model is represented: the information model, the structural model with its element semantics, text specification and data types, and the behavioural model with its graphic semantics, text specification and event types.

A final clause gives the high-level modelling process and eight construction guidelines. It applies to building and designing high-level system models during the development of virtual prototype systems. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Introduction

Due to its complexity, complex product virtual prototypes usually involve many different fields, including mechanical systems, electronics, control, software, etc. Complex products often have complex hierarchical structures and complex behaviors, as well as cooperation between different development organizations and units. In order to be virtual The comprehensive simulation analysis of the prototype is usually required to combine the complex distributed heterogeneous systems in various fields and units into one. Perform co-simulation. The core idea of virtual product modeling and simulation theory for complex products is to use a port-based modeling strategy to create virtual samples. The various heterogeneous simulation models involved in the machine are described as standardized simulation components, and the multi-discipline virtual samples are realized by the combination of simulation component models. The rapid construction of the machine. Models with heterogeneous mechanisms, heterogeneous model types, and heterogeneous modeling methods are encapsulated into standard imitations. True component model; even if it is a black box model developed with various commercial software, it can also be integrated by simulation software. The adapter encapsulates them into a standard simulation component model to achieve the purpose of shielding model heterogeneity.

The virtual product modeling method for complex products proposed in this standard is a model-driven complex system modeling and simulation method. Method, based on the definition of the meta-model framework (M2F), to summarize, integrate or equivalently replace each element, using a more engineered representation To describe the high-level model of the virtual prototype to solve the multi-disciplinary, multi-level and multi-disciplinary development of multi-disciplinary virtual prototypes in today's complex products. Organizational (department) collaborative standardization of modeling and simulation.

1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 11457-2006 apply to this document.

3.1 Complex product

A product with complex customer requirements, complex product composition, complex product technology, complex manufacturing processes, and complex production management.

3.2 Virtual prototype

A collection of computer numerical models that correspond to physical products.

Note: Virtual prototyping defines, simulates, tests, validates and evaluates physical products in terms of construction, function, and performance, and as a physical product in development, production, and Use the main basis of activities in the life cycle.

3.3 Virtual prototype system

The virtual simulation system is used to further integrate the multi-disciplinary model of the real-world system application environment and target objects.

3.4 High-level modeling method

A modeling theory and method for constructing and describing complex systems based on heterogeneous models in different fields.

Note: The high-level modeling method is based on system theory and reflects the theory of system theory through componentization and layering.

3.5 High-level model

A top-level model of a virtual prototype system.

Note: The high-level model provides a top-level macro description of the composition and behavior of the entire virtual prototype system, including the structural model and behavioral model of the system.

3.6 Metamodel

A model that defines a model for expressing the language of a model.
