Scope
GB/T 36375-2018 is the English-translated version of 轨道交通 一系橡胶弹簧 通用技术条件.
GB/T 36375-2018 gives the general technical requirements for primary suspension rubber springs used on rail transit vehicles, in particular conical springs and V-shaped springs.
It defines the terms, symbols, classification and coordinate system used to describe these springs, such as static creep, and sets the operating ambient temperature.
Its technical requirements cover size and appearance, materials and product performance, each matched by a test method, from material tests on the rubber to performance tests on the finished spring.
It also lays down factory and type inspection with the decision rules, and the marking, packaging, transport and storage of the springs. It serves their design, manufacture and inspection, and other types of spring may use it as a reference. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the terms, symbols, classifications, and definitions and coordinates of a series of rubber springs for rail transportation (hereinafter referred to as "a series of springs").
Environmental temperature, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of a series spring (conical spring and V-shaped spring) for rail transit. Other types of springs can be used as reference.
