Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard uses the translation method identical to the adoption of ISO 26324.2012 "Information and Documentation for a Digital Object Unique Identifier System."
This standard has made the following editorial changes.
--- Added an informative NA (DOI name example), providing practical examples of DOI names for domestic DOI applications.
Reference to domestic users;
--- Terms and definitions, arranged according to the Chinese phonetic alphabet of the term;
--- According to the Chinese language habits, the adjective "persistent" in the international standard was changed to the term "persistence" and the definition was changed accordingly.
Adjustment;
--- Modified the technical error in A.2.1 example 3 to conform to the ISBN standard format;
--- Modify table B.1, table B.2, keep the "core element" column in the original table, and change the column name to "core element (English)";
The "core element" column is translated, and the column name is changed to "core element (Chinese)", and the Chinese characters are arranged in alphabetical order;
--- Removed l. of C.4 because its content is already included in k).
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Information and Documentation Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC4).
This standard was drafted by. China Institute of Science and Technology Information, Beijing Wanfang Data Co., Ltd.
Introduction
The Digital Object Unique Identifier (DOI 1) system provides an infrastructure for permanent unique identification of any type of object.
1) DOI is a registered trademark. The relevant information of the registered trademark can be found on the ISO 26324 International Standard Registration Authority provided by the ISO website.
DOI is the abbreviation of DigitalObjectIdentifier, which means "the digitized identifier of the object.
"" instead of "" an identifier of a digital object." In this standard, unless otherwise specified, the term "digital object unique identifier" refers to this standard.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
DOI name DOIname
The string assigned to the unique object (3.5) in the DOI system (3.2).
Note 1. The name consists of a sequence of characters that conform to the DOI syntax (3.3).
NOTE 2 The terms "identifier" and "number" are sometimes used in the same sense and are sometimes different. Care should be taken to avoid possible confusion.
The use of "DOI" alone is not strict and can also cause ambiguity. Therefore, "DOI" should be used with a specific noun [such as DOI name (3.1), DOI system
Systems (3.2), etc.] cannot be used alone unless their contextual meaning is known.
3.2
DOI system DOIsystem
Through the process of allocation, analysis, indicator description and management described in this standard, the DOI name is implemented in the form of computer understanding.
(As an identifier) Social and technical infrastructure for distribution and management.
3.3
DOI syntax
The structure of the DOI name (3.1) and the character sequence rules, in particular the composition and character rules of the prefix element, delimiter, and suffix elements.
3.4
Persistent persistence
Some kind of objective existence, as well as the ability to have the ability to use in service for an indefinite period of time, these services are independent of the issuer
Out of direct control.
