GB/T 36314-2018 is the English-translated version of 电子商务企业信用档案信息规范.
GB/T 36314-2018 specifies what information goes into the credit file of an enterprise engaged in electronic commerce.
It sets the basic principles for such files - objectivity, effectiveness and operability - and the basic content, starting from basic information such as registration and filing details, network-related information, contact details, investors and capital contributions and key personnel.
Informative annexes list the information items of a credit file, and those used when a government department, an e-commerce enterprise or an e-commerce platform establishes credit files on enterprises or customers.
Credit file is defined with reference to GB/T 22117-2008. It applies to establishing credit files for e-commerce businesses. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 October 2018.

1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic principles, basic contents, and information items of credit files for the establishment of corporate credit files in e-commerce activities.
This standard applies to the establishment of e-commerce business credit files.

4 Basic principles
4.1 Objectivity
The information contained in the e-commerce business credit file should objectively and truly reflect the credit status of the enterprise.
4.2 Effectiveness
The information contained in the e-commerce business credit file should be timely and compliant, and the collected credit information should reflect the current credit status of the enterprise. Information.
