Scope

GB/T 36251-2018 is the English-translated version of 基于模型的航空装备研制 数据发放与接收.

GB/T 36251-2018 belongs to the series on model-based development of aviation equipment and deals with sending and receiving product development data. It sets out the principles, the ways, the media and the process for issuing and receiving model-based data, together with requirements for preparing and checking that data.

Data must be reviewed before release, match its record sheet and be traceable, and the receiver confirms receipt. Within a company data normally moves over the local network, while between units confidential data goes over a dedicated network or on secure storage media, through data management software, e-mail or disks.

Aircraft makers and their suppliers apply it to development data, and may also use it for process and tooling data. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

At the time of collection, data should be distributed and received through storage media on the premise of ensuring data security.

4.3 Media

There are mainly three types of media for distributing and receiving data.

a) Software platform. When the issuing and receiving units have unified data management software, data management software can be used to issue and connect Received and packaged data are issued to the receiving unit through the software interface.

b) E-mails and dials. When the issuing unit and the receiving unit do not have a unified platform or the platform is not compatible, they can use the secret disk according to the confidentiality regulations.
