GB/T 36230-2018 is the English-translated version of 数控闭式多连杆压力机 性能要求与试验方法.
GB/T 36230-2018 sets out the test requirements, performance requirements and test methods for CNC straight-side link-drive presses, that is closed multi-link mechanical presses controlled by a pre-programmed digital control system.
It applies to single-action double-point and four-point presses of this type, while CNC double-action drawing presses may use it as a reference; forging presses, punching presses and special presses such as powder forming presses are excluded.
It defines the working angle, the return angle and the running angle difference of the crank over one revolution. Its references include electrical and press safety, noise measurement and noise limits, static load deformation of straight-side presses and the precision of these presses in GB/T 35093. This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test requirements, performance requirements and test methods for the performance of the CNC closed multi-link press (hereinafter referred to as the press).
This standard is applicable to the performance test of single-action double- and four-point CNC closed multi-link press (hereinafter referred to as press), CNC closed double-action pull The multi-link press can also be used as reference. It is not suitable for forging presses, punching presses and special presses with special structures (eg Powder forming press).

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 CNC closed multi-link press
A closed multi-link mechanical press with pre-programmed control using a digital control system.
3.2 Working angle
The crank angle corresponding to the slider down process.
3.3 Back angle
The crank angle corresponding to the slider return process.
3.4 Running difference angle
The difference between the working angle and the return angle (non-working angle) within a circumference (360°) of the mechanism.
