1 Scope
This standard specifies the PCR detection, fluorescent PCR detection and comprehensive determination of goldfish hematopoietic necrosis virus (herpesvirus type 2). method.

4 Reagents and materials
Analytically pure reagents were used unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Water. It should meet the specifications of the first grade water in GB/T 6682.
4.2 Taq DNA polymerase. 5 U/µL. Store at -20 °C to avoid repeated freezing and thawing or drastic changes in temperature.
4.3 dNTP. Contains dMTP, dGTP, dATP, dTTP each 10mmoL/L, stored at -20 °C.
4.4 Primers. The concentration was 10 µmol/L and stored at -20 °C.
